Support the production of your choice with a sponsorship gift!  As a premier sponsor of Bay Area Musicals, your contribution will have a significant and demonstrable impact on our ability to fulfill our mission and our vision.  The three pillars of our mission are outreach, diversity, and education; and as a professional non-profit theater company we rely on the generosity of patrons and supporters to fulfill our mission.  Any contribution is greatly appreciated and will enable our effort to engage San Franciscans with a transformative musical theater experience.  

Sponsorships include visible and marketable recognition while offering sponsors the opportunity to associate their individual self, organization, or business with a worthwhile cause and inspiring product: expanding the minds of the San Francisco Bay Area Community to professional, high caliber musical theatre.  You and we together will provide an experience that is both thought-provoking and entertaining.  

A large part of our budget is geared towards heavily marketing each show to target audiences. Sponsors' names and logos will appear on posters, hotel rack cards, public transit, advertisements, programs, and other marketing materials, and we offer you and your business the positive publicity of partnering with our activities. Full recognition of sponsor’s involvement provides an inexpensive yet substantial way to contribute something meaningful while generating cost effective publicity and mass exposure of trademark, product, and company name.

PREMIER SPONSOR LEVELS                      

FOUNDER

 $10,000 & UP

·         Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear in print media placements, posters, etc.

·         Recognition from the stage at all performances

·         One full-page ad in the playbill for all three shows

·         2 VIP Tickets to opening night show and party

·         30 VIP tickets to every show to use anytime during the season

·         Meet-and-greet with cast after the final show

·         Tickets to all special events throughout the season (not open to the public)

·         Invitations to after-show cast parties

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

$5,000 to $9,999

·         Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear in print media placements, posters, etc.

·         Recognition from the stage at all performances

·         One half-page ad in playbill for all three shows

·         20 VIP tickets to every show to use anytime during the season

·         Meet-and-greet with cast after the show

·         Tickets to all special events throughout the season (not open to the public)

·         Invitations to after-show cast parties

PRODUCER

$1,000 to $4,999

·         Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear in print media placements, posters, etc.

·         One quarter-page ad in playbill for all three shows

·         10 VIP Tickets to every show to use anytime during the season

·         Meet-and-greet with cast after the show

·         Tickets to all special events throughout the season (not open to the public)

·         Invitations to after-show cast parties
