MEMBERSHIP TICKET EXCHANGES
*Members can make unlimited ticket exchanges without incurring an exchange fee. The exchange must be completed during regular box office hours at least 48 hours before the original date in order to forgo the fee.
*Tickets can only be exchanged into another performance of the same production.
*If you call fewer than 48 hours before your performance we will exchange your tickets for a $5 fee per ticket up until one hour before show time.
*If you miss your show, including calling less than one hour before show time, you can purchase a ticket to a later performance for half price.
*All exchanges are on a space-available basis, and we cannot guarantee seat location.
*No exchanges are complete until confirmed by the box office. Exchanges can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
MEMBERSHIP DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO PURCHASE
1. Order Membership online and receive email link to select seats and dates. Show dates are located on the website at www.bamsf.org/tickets.
2. Choose to receive e-tickets to print at home or pick up your tickets at will-call the day of the show ,one hour in advance of the start time. Door times vary.
3. Enjoy the show!
MEMBERSHIP ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Members purchasing additional tickets at the membership discount can do so by entering your special code during checkout or with Bay Area Musicals’ Box Office staff either in person or via email. email@example.com
Memberships are non-refundable. Tickets can only be exchanged without a fee if done 48 hours before your scheduled show. Members wanting to sit together must purchase together. Members must call the box office to get extra single tickets at the discounted membership price. Seating is a first come, first serve basis chosen by the member. Each ticket must be used on a different production. For best seating please book early. For ADA seating, call box office promptly upon receipt of confirmation - availability is limited. Ticket value includes all fees minus one time box office administration fee of $3.00. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager; no late seating permitted 30 minutes after the show begins.
